Independence Day Celebration


Saturday, July 3rd 2021

  • Booth selections will be on a first come basis. Upon arriving to set up the day of the event please check in at the Chamber booth. We will let you know where your designated spot on the courthouse square is. 

  • Booth Space: 10x10

  • Booth Cost: Free for standard space. There is a $10 fee for 110v electricity and $20 for 220v electricity. You can pay online or offline by mailing a check to CCACC 517 Court St. Clay Center, KS 67432

  • Set Up Time: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM

    • You are welcome to start setting up at 7 AM. 

    • Vehicles must be removed from 5th St. by 8:45 AM. Please unload your vehicle and park off of the square.

    • You are responsible for your own booth set up (tables, chairs, trash, extension cord, tent, etc.)

  • Event Time: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

  • Clean Up: Vendors should stay open until 2:00 PM. Early leaving will jeopardize participation in future Chamber events. All areas are to be left clean after shut-down. You must remove your own trash. Bring your own trash bags. Trash should be taken with you or can be placed in the dumpster behind the Police Station.

  • Each vendor must have a KS Sales Tax Certificate posted in their booth. You will be responsible for completing and submitting your report to the State.

  • If you are a Not-for-Profit organization, you must provide your 501(c)(3) letter from the IRS.
